Overview

SparckSoft is a web development shop specializing in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, and HTML. We've developed many sites, ranging from simple 5-page static sites, to Content Management Systems, all the way through social networking sites, and video websites. With 15+ years of combined experience, we are confident we can help you with any problem you may encounter, or any complex development requirements you can throw at us!

Project Lifecycle

Let me give you some information on what a typical project lifecycle is, so you can get a feel for what it will be like to work with us. For a quick ballpark figure of what you might be looking at, just go ahead and email me at projects@sparcksoft.com with some details about your project.

I'll get back to you within 24 hours with a ball park figure. From there, we will iron out some details and I will then give you a quote, with a detailed project description, price, and timeline. Upon receiving the initial deposit and signed contract, I will begin development and keep you posted as to the progress. I will need you to be available for quick responses to any questions I may have, or decisions that may be required from you.

As the project is nearing completion, I will begin to QA the site and also ask you to begin using the site and giving me feedback. When you are satisfied and give me the OK, I'll request final payment from you and we'll officially close out the project.

For the next 60 days, if you find any bugs that crop up, just notify me by email and I'll take care of them. Sometimes there can be a fine line between bugs and additional features you'de like to include. And many times you won't realize the additional features you want until you're actually working with the final product. At that point, we may want to do an additional phase of work. And the process begins all over again.
