Wishing you a very happy holiday season. I wanted to alert you to two technologies I've been working with recently which may help you with your business needs.
As if I wasn't already enough of a google fanboy, I'm going to recommend another google product (forgive me if I am unwittingly assisting them in taking over the world) - I just received my first paid transaction through Google Checkout, which I had to look into because paypal was giving me problems receiving payments by credit card.
It has a very smooth user interface in the login section, and for some reason I didn't even get charged a fee. Not sure if that was a mistake, a one-time thing, or a holiday discount. I know they are also offering a matching program for AdWords advertisers, which I'm planning to use but haven't yet.
And the other is the Zillow API which allows you to pull data on real estate listings, including Geo codes and price estimates. Very handy.
